SanskritMahavidyalaya
To promote the study of Sanskrit language, stress the importance of Sanskrit for a proper understanding of Indian cultural heritage, knowledge traditions and value system and to emphasise the unifying role of Sanskrit in the context of National Integration a Sanskrit College is being established in the campus of the Board. This college will be constructed over a piece of land measuring 2.10 acres and will be run by Higher Education Department of Haryana. This institution is to be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs2219.15 lacs. Foundation stone of this building has been laid on 18.07.2023.
Old Age Home
To provide companionship, emotional support, recreation facilities, and activities to overcome social isolation an Old age home building (G+4) with an estimated cost of Rs 10.49 crorelacs having provision of 19 double occupancy rooms with bath, WC and kitchenette, 2 cubical and 2 dormitories over a chunk of land measuring 0.50 acre has been constructed in the vicinity of main temple of Mata Mansa Devi Ji. The building is ready for use.
2Nos Singh Dwars for roads leading to Shri Kali Mata Temple, Kalka
To mark the entry of shrine area and to welcome the devotees coming to pay obeisance to the Deity Shri Kali Mata ji at Kalka, two DWARs (one from Pinjore side i.e., on old Pinjore-Kalka road & another from Parwanoo side near Kalka Temple) with temple conforming architecture, at an estimated cost of Rs 111.06 lacs are to be constructed.Work is likely to start very soon.
Multilevel car parking
(G+3) with an estimated cost of Rs1,000.77lacs having provision of 300 car parking and common bathrooms over a piece of land measuring 0.8 acre is being constructed for facilitation of devotees/visitors of Shrine Complex.The structure work has been completed and finishing work is in progress. This facility will be dedicated to the devotees in a short time.
Surface parking
A surface parking to accommodate nearly 400 cars has been constructed in front of LaxmiBhavanDharamshala.This parking has facilitated the devotees to park their vehicles only at a distance of 250 meters from the main temple.
TFC (Total Facilitation Centre/Suvidha Kendra)
This beautiful building on old approach road in front of Main Mandir,at an estimate cost of Rs. 53.75 lakh having provision of reception, ATM space, three shop, restaurant, office and library, has been constructed. This will work central information centre of the Board. The work has been completed and facilities are being started.
Facade Illumination
The work of façade illumination of Shrine building at an estimated cost of Rs 263.49 lacs is under execution. This work will beautify the shrine buildings with latest illumination lights/gadgets.
Master plan of Shrine Complex.
With an objective of long-term planning that provided a conceptual layout to guide future growth and development, A Master Plan keeping in view the projection of next 50 years has got been prepared by CSIR-Central Building Research Institute, Roorki. This plan will guide systematic development as well as provide ease of Darshan to the devotees.
